Workspace

Keep milestone actions visible after the plan is generated.

Saved plans stay in this browser. See every project at a glance, expand only the plan you are actively working on, track task status and readiness separately, replan timelines without rewriting completed work, and export a local backup without creating an account.

Use Workspace as a readiness board

Track readiness by exception, not by percentage alone.

Each saved plan stays compact until you expand it. Completion percentage shows finished work, while the separate CDRN readiness signal highlights overdue, blocked, dependency-gated, or critical actions. Replan dates explicitly when timelines change, while preserving completed work and a local change history.

Review by exception

Use blocked, overdue, deferred, and dependency-gated actions to focus attention. A high completion percentage does not automatically mean the milestone is ready.

Replan without erasing history

Move the milestone or individual action dates when reality changes. Completed work keeps its historical date, while open work can be shifted or rescheduled.

Keep study data out

Use generalized labels and operational notes. Keep participant-level and sponsor-confidential information in approved systems.
